Elvex QuickSnap cap mount ear muffs have for many years been the best selling brand. This is probably due to the product’s functionality; high noise reduction properties, dielectric construction and the ability to combine cap mount muffs with a full range of face protection products.
This is the third generation of cap mount muffs.
• Construction is dielectric, certified by independent testing.
• Two integrated rest positions are provided. Flip out muffs for short term break, or flip them up for permanent storage on top of safety cap.
• Most lightweight construction. Product weighs from 7.5 oz - 9.4 oz.. Competitive models often weigh substantially more.
• Arm assembly with universal blade (example, HM-6093) mounts to most slotted safety caps. Blade is an integrated part of the muff arm assembly and there are no separate parts to purchase. Remove slot filler for narrower slots (MSA).
• Muffs can be mounted onto un-slotted safety caps and bump caps with QuickSlot™ adaptor, which creates an accessory slot. System remains dielectric.
