Tempered safety glass surface.
Thanks to a special heat treatment during production, this safety glass has a significantly higher resistance to impacts than normal flat glass. Furthermore, it is less sensitive to large temperature differences. If it ever breaks, it breaks into small pieces. This greatly reduces the risk of injury compared to normal flat glass.
