Are bi-flux® cartridges certified and safe to use?
The bi-flux® cartridges have been tested and certified by the international
Water Quality Association and have been tested by independent laboratories
accredited in accordance with the DM 25 7/02/2012.
I just changed the filter and there seems to be black dusts in the water, is this normal?
The black particles are granules of activated carbon from the filter. It is safe
and edible. The cartridge can be used until the end of its life as the black
particles do not affect the quality of the filtered water.
How often should I change bi-flux® cartridges?
We recommend changing the filters every 150 litres/ 30 days of filtration
(compliance with this indication ensures maximum efficiency and safety of
the product.
If I don’t consume 150 L of water, do I still need to change the filter after a month?
For optimal cartridge operation, it is recommended to replace it every 30 days
for maximum filtering of 150 litres (maximum daily filtering of 5 litres).
